Linby Holdings acquires Ascot Minworth

We are pleased to announce that Linby Holdings Ltd has acquired Ascot Minworth.

The company, a leading supplier of car badges and emblems to the UK and European automotive market, is based just north of Birmingham.

Ascot Minworth manufactures high quality polyurethane domed and undomed corporate emblems and badges for many of the worlds best known car and vehicle brands, together with other, specialised, labels and graphics products for industrial application

Linby Group management are delighted to welcome Ascot Minworth to the Group, believing that this acquisition will add significantly to overall group manufacturing capability, benefiting a wide cross section of customers served by each of the Group’s businesses

Customark Moves Premises

Following its acquisition by the Linby Group in March, Customark has relocated it's operations to new premises in Lye, Stourbridge. General Manager Neil Turner welcomed the move as part of an inward programme of investment in Customark by Linby Group.

Linby Holdings acquires Customark

Linby Holdings acquired the assets and re-employed most of Customark's staff after it unfortunately went into liquidation.

Customark is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of labels and labelling systems for the auto ID markets. It specialises in variable information labelling and a wide range of technologies associated with pressure sensitive labelling. Unique to Customark are several specialised label applications which include combination materials, mark & seal, security labelling products as well as membranes and overlays.

Customark were one of the first companies in the UK to adopt thermal transfer systems and have been in this sector now for over 18 years. The depth of knowledge gained enables our experienced personnel to offer technical advice on all aspects of thermal transfer label printing.

Our technical help desk is constantly manned by experienced staff who are trained to answer all queries. We also offer full field service and support, which helps to cut the effects of downtime on customer production schedules, and can offer on and off-site training in all aspects of labelling technologies.

At Customark our goal is to understand our customer's label and identification requirements and to provide innovative and cost effective solutions. This will enhance and compliment the existing Linby Holdings Group of companies whose aim is to offer its customers a wide range of Labelling, Graphics and print solutions.
